Texas has the highest number of gun-related deaths in the US and despite numerous mass shootings, including Sutherland Spring, El Paso, and Uvalde, being able to access and carry firearms has become easier.

In September 2021, Texas passed a piece of legislation stating that the law no longer requires people to have a license to carry. Therefore, Texans who are 21 and older who can legally carry a firearm no longer have to be fingerprinted, undergo a background test or complete training in order to get a permit to carry a handgun.

Despite their leniency towards guns, the ownership of 6 or more sex-toys is illegal under Section 43.23. of the Texas Penal Code.

What a bunch of dicks.
